Braingaze Ltd collects personal information about its website visitors and (potential) customers. With a few exceptions, this information is generally limited to:

  • name
  • job title
  • employer name
  • work address
  • work email
  • work phone number

We use this information to provide prospects and customers with services.

We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services.

From time to time, Braingaze Ltd receives personal information about individuals from third parties. Typically, information collected from third parties will include further details on your employer or industry. We may also collect your personal data from a third-party website (e.g. LinkedIn)

Use of Braingaze apps including testing of these apps

Braingaze develops self-help gamified apps that when played regularly can reduce symptoms associated with ADHD and other neurodiverse profiles. When engaging with those that want to use these apps (or want to have their children use them) including those that wish to test them and provide us with feedback, we typically ask for personal data that helps us customize the experience, communicate with these users and correlate any insights derived from their game play use towards specific ages or other demographics:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Type of device used (Android or iOS)
  • Age (and/or age of children for which the app would be downloaded)
  • Neurodiverse traits for which the app would be used
  • Region or district of residence (not specific address)
  • Game play data (how often, duration, levels reached)

Braingaze will never use the personal data (anything that can be led back to an individual) for any other purpose than to communicate with that person about the use of the apps offered or services associated with such use. Braingaze will use any other data only in anonymized state, so without any personal identifying data connected to it. Braingaze will never share or sell any personal data gathered.
