Braingaze welcomes Dr. Elizabeth Kilbey to our advisory board!

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Elizabeth Kilbey has joined the Braingaze advisory board, bringing her extensive expertise in Clinical Psychology and Neurodivergence to the team. 

Dr. Kilbey is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in both the NHS and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has specialised in working with individuals with Autism and ADHD, conducting neurodevelopmental assessments in both child and adult services. As the former ADHD Lead for Oxleas NHS Trust, she has played a crucial role in advancing assessments and interventions within CAMHS and adult mental health services. 

Currently, Dr. Kilbey leads several initiatives dedicated to supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions. She is the Clinical Director of the Autism Assessment Services, runs The Child and Adult Neurodevelopmental Assessment Centre and manages the Dr. Kilbey Psychology Practice. Beyond her clinical work, she is a published author, known for her book Unplugged Parenting: How to Raise Happy, Healthy Children in the Digital Age, which offers invaluable insights into child psychology and parenting in the modern world. 

Dr. Kilbey is also a recognisable figure in the media, having appeared on popular television programs such as The House of Tiny Tearaways and The Secret Life of 4, 5, and 6 Year Olds. Through these platforms, she has shared her expertise in child development and parenting, earning the trust of families worldwide.

With her deep understanding of child and family psychology, she will help ensure our approaches are both evidence-based and compassionate.
